You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal information, under certain conditions.

You have the right to object to our processing of your personal information, under certain conditions.

Please note that we may ask you to verify your identity before responding to such requests. We will endeavor to respond to all legitimate requests in a timely manner and will provide reasons if we are unable to comply with your request.

If you are not satisfied with our response or believe that we are processing your personal data not in accordance with the law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

8. How Do We Protect Your Data?

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. We use physical, technical, and administrative measures to safeguard your information, including encryption, firewalls, and access controls.

9. How Can You Delete Your Data?

We provide you with the ability to request your information to be deleted through following the steps in Personal Data Deletion Request page.

We store data until it is no longer necessary to provide our services and products, or until your account is deleted – whichever comes first. This is a case-by-case determination that depends on things such as the nature of the data, why it is collected and processed, and relevant legal or operational retention needs, Please refer to Clause 6 above. 

When you delete your account, we delete things that you have posted, such as your messages, and you won't be able to recover that information later. Information that others have shared about you isn't part of your account and won't be deleted.

We process your Personal Data in order to ensure the necessary performance of your contract with us. In certain circumstances, we may also process your Personal Data for the purposes of our legitimate interests, such as to inform you of changes to our services, to provide you with information about other services we offer, or in order to comply with any legal obligations to which we are subject.

We may also rely upon your consent as a relevant legal basis for processing your Personal Data. 

11. Log Data

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

This Service may contain links to other sites. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. Note that these external sites are not operated by us. Therefore, we strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of these websites. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

You have choices regarding the information we collect about you and how we use it. Specifically, you may:

1.  Opt out of marketing communications by following the unsubscribe instructions in the email or contacting us directly.

17. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kuwait, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuwait for any claim or dispute arising out of this Privacy Policy or your use of the Fe Trends Service.

18. Entire Agreement

This Privacy Policy, together with our User Agreement and any other legal notices or policies published by us on the Fe Trends App/Website/Platform, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Fe Trends with respect to the Fe Trends Service.
